The El Dorado Rum range is the latest addition to the CASK portfolio. Created on the banks of the Demerera in Guyana, El Dorado rums are full of tradition, flavour and diversity. The story of rum started back in the 1640s when sugar cane was introduced by the European settlers. In the following 30 years the Demerara Rum production was laid down with the establishment of distilling into the new territories by the British. The El Dorado Rum's range from 3 - 25 years old, with the age of each rum being representative of the youngest rum in the blend. The rums are produced to the highest standard and conform to the international regulations of age statements.
