Yorkshire raspberries and fresh basil are steeped in our award-winning Dry Gin for two months before being lightly sweetened. Bottled under the Cooper King Pilot Series label, a range of small-batch, experimental releases.

Perfect serve: enjoy long with Indian tonic water, garnished with a fresh raspberry and slice of lime (for those with a sweeter tooth serve with lemonade in place of tonic water). It’s also great in a cocktail or with sparkling wine.
