Nathan Cornwell, The Barn at Moor Hall
The Barn at Moor Hall has just been awarded its first Michelin Star. Nathan took the helm at The Barn in 2019, where he oversees the day-to-day running of the restaurant and works alongside Chef Patron, Mark Birchall. The 65-cover restaurant sits adjacent to two-Michelin-starred Moor Hall Restaurant with Rooms and offers a varied menu of seasonal dishes as well an expertly curated wine list and hearty Sunday lunch. The Barn offers spectacular views of Moor Hall and the grounds’ lake and houses a small dairy and meat-aging and curing room.
