  • Simon Martin from Mana, Manchester’s first Michelin starred chef in a generation, leads the bill of top chefs demonstrating at the 20th edition of Northern Restaurant & Bar at Manchester Central on 17-18 March 2020. 
  • Fresh from the successful opening of his first Manchester restaurant, The Bull & Bear, the Michelin starred chef will appear at the Bruntwood NRB Debate on Tuesday 17 March 2020 to talk openly about how he has delivered critical acclaim and commercial success whilst constantly evolving his business, and the extent of his Northern ambitions.

  • Nominations are now open for the Kuits NRB Top Fifty 2020 which compiles the annual list of the most significant hospitality operators in the North of England. The final fifty, selected by an expert judging panel, will be announced at Northern Restaurant & Bar on 17 March 2020.
