The Chalkers story began over 70 years ago, when Ron Chalker bought a small greengrocer shop in Lancashire, focused on supplying potatoes to local businesses.

Today, the business is run by father and son, John and Jonathan. We’ve expanded our offering beyond fruit and vegetables, and now offer a wide range of fresh and dry goods. We run our own fleet of refrigerated transport and have storage for over 300 pallets of chilled produce to ensure your produce stays fresh right up to delivery.

We are also the official distributor of Triple F Chips for Manchester and Wales.
