Sharp’s Brewery was founded in 1994, when enterprising brewer Bill Sharp set out on a mission to make exceptional quality beer on the North Cornish Coast. Sharp’s coastal location has a huge influence over the beers that they brew, so it is no wonder that Sharp’s most iconic beer brand, Doom Bar, is named after a centuries old sandbank near the brewery in North Cornwall.
Swapping Cornwall for Manchester, Sharp’s is holding a host of exciting experiences over the course of the Northern Restaurant & Bar event, designed to revolutionise the way you drink and appreciate beer. At the Cornish beach bar, based at the Sharp’s Brewery stand, drinkers can visit the Beer Confessional - where a full and frank confession might win you a beer.
This is a must do for beer fans at the shoe - so come down to hang out on the beach and meet the team, and while you’re there, try the infamous Beer Confessional to confess your beer sins…
Sharp's are also delivering a Masterclass With Beer Bingo in the Grape & Grain theatre at NRB on Tuesday 21/3 at 13:45 and Wednesday 22/3 at 13:45.
