Rupert Rowley is head chef at Michelin-starred Fischer’s at Baslow Hall in Derbyshire. His training includes Raymond Blanc’s ‘Manoir au Quat’ Saison in Oxford, 2 Michelin-starred L’Ortolan in Reading and Gordon Ramsay’s flapship 3 Michelin-starred restaurant in Chelsea.
Fischer’s is listed the top 25th restaurant in the Good Food Guide 2009.
