Cooper’s Coffee showcases world’s cleverest espresso system at Northern Restaurant & Bar
The world’s most advanced espresso system will be on show at Northern Restaurant & Bar courtesy of Cooper’s Coffee.
The independent coffee distributor will be showcasing its range of Dalla Corte espresso machines and grinders on stand 307.
The machines are among the most renowned in the world and used by professional baristas across the globe. They not only serve excellent quality coffee, but can also help improve the efficiency of a business thanks to their advanced, market-orientated engineering.
Time can be saved through technological advances such as automatic grinder control and remote monitoring while individual group head control means huge energy savings of up to 30%; in Milan City, where there are over 500 Dalla Corte systems in use, some cafes have saved seventy to €80 a month on energy-saving alone.
A further ground-breaking aspect is that all Dalla Corte espresso machines have the facility to control the temperature of an individual group head by one-tenth of a degree - an element of precision which eliminates temperature fluctuations that can result in bitter tasting coffee.
According to Cooper’s managing director David Cooper, being just half a degree out when making an espresso makes a notable difference in taste so finding the perfect temperature is the most complete way of achieving the exact 'sweet spot' of any coffee.
Cooper’s is keen to demonstrate this theory to anyone who cares about the quality of the coffee they are drinking. Visitors can bring their own coffee to test through the machine and see if they can improve on the result they usually achieve.
Anyone who tries their hand at espresso-making will be supervised by Cooper’s head barista Lisa Huntingdon.
In addition to testing out the full range of Dalla Corte equipment, visitors to the Cooper’s stand will be able to taste the company’s own range of award-winning coffee; with 20 years experience of designing, blending and contract roasting all of its own coffee, Cooper’s is the coffee of choice for many professional baristas and five UK titles in international competitions have been won with Cooper’s blends.
Cooper’s Coffee are offering £250 off every 2 group machine for the duration of the show. See the show guide or visit Cooper’s on stand number 307 for further details.
