Tutored Tastings at NRB 2012
Welcome to our new theatre offering a variety of tutored tastings on beer, wine & coffee from a variety of suppliers.
This is a chance to find out how to improve the offering in your establishment from latte art through to recommending beers to your customers at the bar and offering advice to diners on selecting wines to compliment their menu choices.
Wine
Matthew Clark, Vintage Roots and Hallgarten Druitt are already signed up to deliver tastings on their wine selections. Wine and Spirit Education Trust will show you how to become a tasting expert in 20 minutes, and Haywood Products will be sampling their range of Eliots mulled wines.
Beer
Join The Innis and Gunn Brewing Company, Hawkshead Brewery and Estrella Damm with their tutored, guided tastings. JW Lees will be bringing The Governor created by Marco Pierre White and Westons will guide you through their range of ciders.
Coffee
Join illycafe as they talk through the similarities of espresso to wine and beer and what makes true espresso different from big chain coffee.
