To be completed by the person responsible for the pre-planning and setting up of your stand. Please note that all exhibitor information issued pre-show will be sent to the contact given. Deadline:  As Soon As Possible
button Health & Safety Declaration and Disability & Equality Act Compliance
It is a requirement of the organisers and venue that one person is nominated as Health & Safety representative for the exhibiting company. This form confirms that the nominated representative understands the duty of care that he/she and the exhibiting company has towards fellow exhibitors, visitors and contractors.

button Risk Assessment
Completion of this form is a statutory requirement. (see General Information / Risk assessment)

button Stand Activity
Completion of this form is essential to ensure that any activities that you plan to carry out on your stand comply with the venue's rules and regulations.

button Stand Name Board (shell scheme stands ONLY)
Use this form to confirm the company name that you wish to have on your stand's fascia board.  Please Note:  it is advisable to ensure that your stand name board matches your company's name used on your showguide entry.
Deadline:  29th February 2012
button Exhibitor Passes
It is essential that the organisers have details of all personnel who will be working on your stand during the show.   N.B.  Please use this link to order any additional passes after initial completion.
