NRB Debate - Standing Room Only
The first ever NRB debate was a brilliant success. There was standing room only as people gathered to hear from Tim Bacon of Liviing Ventures and Marcello Distefano of San Carlo Group.
The Debate received rave reviews as both guests opened up honestly about the secrets of their success and expansion plans for the future.
Cocktail King Crowned
Adam Binnersley of Under New Management was judged winner of the Chairman's Reserve Cocktail Competition in the final that took place at Northern Restaurant & Bar on Wednesday 19 March 2014.
He will be off to St Lucia as a prize with his visit including rum training at this distinguished distillery, and the chance to share expertise with the island’s enthusiastic bartenders.
